Etch Surface Solutions is a Rockyview Alberta family based business that includes a journeyman welder, a self-taught autobody restoration tech and me a lifelong car crazy.

We Operate a self-contained mobile laser rust removaland surface cleaning service, that will come to you, or you can bring your smaller projects to us.

This process has wide ranging applications Ideal for removing rust, paint and oxidization from stainless,  mild steel, cast iron. We can also etch and surface prep concrete for epoxy coating application. Our laser process will also remove graffiti from buildings, bridges and structures.

Just a note this machine has limitations when removing hi-density or epoxy paints.

Our mobile unit includes a 20 KW Generator, a 5-horsepower compressor and of course the heartbeat  an STL Industrial 2000-Watt continuous output commercial laser with infinite adjustability to ensure outputs are precisely matched to your project.

This process is done without the use of harsh chemicals or abrasives reducing environmental impact. There is little to no cleanup on your project in the works spaceafter. 

Unlike blasting with sand or glass beads you will not spend hours cleaning media from your project. Additionally, chemicals if not totally neutralized can continue to live in your project long after completion.
